![]() I would love it if I could just open a Ai CS3 with art I've already made, change the art board size, double check my art is within cut range and just hit 'cut'. ![]() Have I not read proper instructions yet? I'll guess I haven't read enough or found a better YouTube instructional video yet. ![]() Shouldn't there be a easier way? Am I missing something here? It seems to me in my short 24hr window of owning this unit that I also shouldn't be guessing the sizing for crop position. If we set the art board in Illustrator to be the same size as the vinyl we are about to cut and our cut/art is set within the cutting range. I don't think it should be a guessing game. What confuses me is setting crop marks with the plug in. It was a test for how thin I could cut/weed from that thin cheap test sheet. I was able to successfully ruin the test vinyl with cuts that were too thin for easy weeding and further use. I'm using OS X 10.8.2 (Mountain Lion) and Adobe Illustrator CS3 with the CS3 Plug-in.
